What is the purpose of KETTT?

KETTT aims to give citizens a platform where they can plan 1. economic empowerment to create jobs/build wealth through government-community partnerships 2. mobilize communal climate GHG emission and risk mitigation programs. 3. Draft and bolster progressive candidates who can support 1 and 2 above in city municipal council, provincial and federal parliaments.

KETTT is chapter of the the Global Economic Transformation Think Tank (GETTT) which was mooted by some participants at the COP 26 in Glasgow in November 2021.

About Us

KETTT aims to empower citizens to engineer the creation and implementation of people-driven policies for economic transformation. Our objective is to mobilize actors and agents of economic transformation with the aim of enhancing citizen influence in the county and national budgetary allocations. Specifically, KETTT aims to entrench government-community partnerships in developing community economic enterprises for citizen wealth creation and climate change mitigation. KETTT will build infrastructure for citizen-driven agenda-setting, the election of pro-people/pro-climate leaders, and the implementation of agreed to policies.
